I was out for dinner last thursday with Mark and some of my work buddies at a newly discovered cafe.

Im a person who loves sweets more than anything, oh especially chocolates..yumyum.. so to find a place near my office where i can relax and be comfy, I enjoy myself with a lot of choices in the internet,Cab cafe caught my attention, perfect, just around kapitolyo, Pasig City.

The street is full of different kinds of small restaurants, from filipino to american, italian, japanese, thai and vietnamese foods, who would have thought that you could find big treats in this small street, every single store display lights and attractive decorations.

Before i knew it, a small quiet cozy cafe stood infront of me, this little gem offers variety of food: pasta, pizza, rice meal, sandwich, breads, and a lot of desserts (yey..my favorite part).

what i want

last week at work was very demanding, very unusual because it was only the first week of September, workloads usually come at the end of the month (2nd week or third week), unexpected write up came and need to be done in rush.. I also went to mark's cultural dance contest (work event, he's the drummer) i felt sick most of the day, I’m coughing hard. I visited my doctor at commonwealth hospital and boom!!! im taking medication for 1 week and today is my 5th day.

That was a list of acceptable reasons why i didnt get much time to blog last week but the biggest reason ever is that a lot of things were mixed up in my head, i dont know what to write, yes it is much easier to sit on the couch while watching my favorite tv series "new girl" (online, live streaming) than to collect thoughts on something that might be the best topic to discuss plus i admit im not a good writer, my english is very basic, im not rich in english vocabulary, but im trying, because this is what i want. I felt like i wanted to share my feelings and thoughts on some things, to share my stories, about mark, work, places ive been,and many more..

How time flies so fast, its already September, the ber months are finally here. Days are getting shorter and nights are getting longer. Temperature is dropping. This reminds me to start making my Christmas  list. Christmas here in the Philippines starts on the first BER month of the year, and while i'm doing this blog, Christmas songs are playing on the radio. I am so excited at this time of the year, my happiness jumps to a higher level. For a person like me with 15 goddaughters/godsons, saving even a single penny is very important, and i guess i have to start today.

well, it seems to me that my desk is not literally empty but atleast its not messy, definitely i am not an organized person, but i do love sometimes to give my space a make over..

....

it is 7:30, thursday morning,i work a regular full time job in a bank located at ortigas, pasig city, today's commute took a good hour and a half and my work will not start until 8:30 am.

i usually bore myself browsing nothing in the internet everyday at this early hour but today i decided to take a snapshot of my work station to get myself out of the doldrums.
id love to put some cute stuff in my desk (like a blooming bowl for holding paperclips or pink cup for pen holder) to make it look girly but im so much concern that it might look messy.

Truth is i dont have any idea on how will i start this blog thing.. im not a good writer but ill try.. my name is elaine and this is new to me, i haven't write anything since i graduated from college (oh yeah, that was a long time ago, year 2008)

hopefully i can come up with atleast better ideas to share with you.. ill try not to jumbled things, sometimes ideas pop in my head when i least expect it..

by the way i want to say thank you to ms kitty... she's an inspiration.. i wouldn't have started this blog if i haven't seen her wonderful photo blog..
